This hotel is kept very clean, rooms are good size and clean, staff was friendly, this was nicer than some well-known named hotels. I definitely will stay here again.

This is the first time we’ve stayed at universal property and I was very underwhelmed. There was hair in the bed, dust in the corners, a huge stain on the carpet floor and at certain times of the day it was incredibly noisy. I also want to note, if you typically stay a Disney property and want to switch it up you do have to pay to park at the resort and universal parks.

Alot of room and sleeps 16, your best deal is when it's off season for Prime season you'll be paying double. We've been coming here for years and everything ..."
