Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. "The hotel was cute, with good views from the restaurant. The staff was nice. It is up on the hill, so the town is not easily accessible. What is not listed, and should be, is how to get to the hotel. Uber, Lyft, public transportation was not an option for us. But, I called the hotel and they have a free shuttle. There was nothing on the listing as it would have been helpful to know. The shuttle is free and takes you to and from town."

"Terrible hotel. My mattress was old, and I ended up sleeping while sliding into a concave dip in the middle of it. The towels were awful. I requested the “to go” breakfast for 5 AM (as suggested by a sign at the reception), since I would be leaving before the hotel’s breakfast service started, but there was no breakfast box waiting for me. On top of that, the room’s light switches didn’t work properly and I had to sleep with the lights on. A total nightmare."
