Super cute lodge in a semi remote location. Amenities are spectacular (jacuzzi, small gym, library, fireplace) and the room itself was perfect for our needs. Everything was very clean and shower was more than warm enough. Hosts were extremely kind - we failed to realize we could not check in after hours, but they responded immediately when we called and showed us around the place. Breakfast was laid out for us in the morning. Would visit again! The attention to detail and spectacular service make it a worthwhile stop even if it’s out of the way.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
It's different from a general hotel, the site is mainly running a camp site with a building offering several rooms at a hotel style.
Good things is that it is clean and staffs are helpful.
Check-in was a bit quirky as we arrived at 8 pm after the reception closed. Once we figured things out, the staff was helpful, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and breakfast plentiful. Part of the problem was our part as we are from the States and don't have easy access to wifi, which is how the staff communicated with us while we were en route.
A rustic place with super polite and helpful staff. We stayed in the Auberge for one night to participate in a tournament close by. The place is very clean and convenient, the continental breakfast was very good.
We stay for a night after we hiked in Mont Mégantic.
The place is pretty and the personnel there is great. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our trip
The breakfast was good
They have two EV chargers and for us was very useful .
We will definitely return.
And I definitely recommend this place
Very friendly owners/staff who spoke both French and English. Quaint rooms that were a decent size and nice and clean. We chose what we wanted for our continental breakfast and it was wrapped and waiting for us at a table in the morning. I thought that was such a great idea!
I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!
The people were pretty nice and the camp site is cute (although we weren’t aware this “motel” was in the smack middle of a campsite). The rooms are not very well insulated at all, so if you’re sensitive to any noise, you’ll be up all night. The bed/pillows are very uncomfortable as well. It’s decent if you’re in a pickle, but definitely not a top choice.

Friendly but very odd surroundings and tiny rooms
The front desk staff was nice. However, the hotels .com description and the photos are very misleading. This hotel is located inside a big RV/trailer-home park in rural Quebec. The hotel building itself is a metal-sided building that looks nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com- and more like a machine-shop shed or something. Once you go through the railroad-crossing-style barrier and drive around the back to the hotel entrance, the inside is just fine - the rooms are very small and up the stairs, but clean, with wood siding to make it feel like a kind of westerny cabin on the inside. But the outside of this property is very different indeed. This may be a great place to meet some RV-living and camping new friends, and it is pretty quiet as it's outside town (although there was a band playing there in another outbuilding the night we stayed so there was some commotion outside) but for your average hotel guest, it is a very odd stay, and seems expensive for what you get. The beds are soft and saggy so those with iffy backs should watch out. Depends what you like though! But better to be informed before than to be surprised once you arrive!!!
