Only room for improvement was that we were only given 2 towels even after requesting an additional towel on the first night, we were called at 5.30am for the shuttle bus when we weren't scheduled until the next day and we were overcharged ...

Novotel Melbourne Airport
Room, staff and amenities were great- but dining options were limited and expensive on the weekend. Left with choice of $$$ set menu in house restaurant or a walk to the airport food court. Room service wasn’t an option until after 10pm. Need better food options for the type of stay it provides.
