Hot water wasn’t constant, on this they should do better. Everything else top class

As a couple of women the manager made sure we were safe at all times. He gave us excellent directions to all tourist attractions. That were only few minutes walk away. He also organised a trip for us that encircled 150 miles so we got a real feel for the country. He made this a trip of a lifetime explaining local customs and history.

The people were extremely nice and caring. When we asked for the place to go shopping, Omar gave us some explanations and told us to give him a call if something happens. I really liked the taste of chicken tagin at this riad, the best one I had in Morocco! Unfortunately the hot water didn't come out stably so it was kind of cold.

Nice place

This is our second trip to Fez, so we knew what to expect. We also stayed in a Riad last time and this one was grander and much bigger. It is situated in a good location in terms of access to the medina and for traveling outside of it. There are several good restaurants options nearby and the breakfast offered at the Riad is very good. The staff were excellent they even ordered us a pizza the night we got in as it was so late! There was only one negative. We hired a guide so that our...

The Riad Jamaï is a peaceful and beautiful place to rest, disconnect and enjoy the city. It’s no near to the Medina, but is easy and cheap take a taxi. The staff is helpful and kind. We dinner at the hotel and the food are so good The pool is small but it’s fantastic to refresh in his wonderful patio. We recommend be a guest at this Riad.

**Wonderful stay at Riad Rcif in Fes** We are so glad we chose Riad Rcif for our stay in Fes. From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. The hotel manager was wonderful—so kind, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They couldn’t do enough for us and always pointed us in the right direction, which made our stay feel very easy and enjoyable. The riad itself is beautiful and steeped in history. You can tell how incredibly proud they are of the property, and it really shows. We were also...

We stayed here for two nights which was also our first two nights in Morocco. The riad is inside the medina and about a 3-4 minute walk from the main road. When we arrived we were given mint tea and Moroccan cookies in the beautiful lobby area whilst the manager checked us in. We were then shown to our room with the help of our luggage being carried for us which was nice. The room was a good size with a huge bathroom (we stayed in oriental room 1). Just a tip when showering, the seal...

My friends and I stayed at this property. We had a nice check in from a friendly staff member. The room was big with lots of room and the central road area was beautiful. The tiling, garden and pool were beautiful! We ordered lunch and had it inside the riad and had some massages nearby. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help make our stay relaxing. I would recommend this to all my friends wanting to stay in old town Fes.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with this Riad. A little hard to find to begin with but there are signs everywhere from the correct passageway once you find it near Place Rcif. The service was excellent and friendly and meeting other travellers on the roof terrace was one of the highlights. The breakfast and dinner was more than substantial and the view magnificent. The only thing I can say was that the bed was slight hard, but it didn't matter because everything else was amazing....

There was no pool outside despite the listing. The tiny pool inside the riad was typical and authentic, meant only for charm, decoration and to keep the dwelling cool in the heat of summer. Crucially, the listing must explain the connection between the Riad Almaz and the (nearby) hotel, Palais de Fes, and the hotel’s address, where the included breakfast is served daily. The listing must advise that transfer from the airport should be to the hotel, not the riad (which only very very local people...
