"Great hotel, but like the sandals (owned by Birkenstock) can be lacking in detail, small towels no turndown service but classed as 5 star, small menu for supper, lacking in choice but visually a beautiful hotel with some tremendous staff who go over and above to help. "Clean and comfortable, delightful helpful staff. Lovely pool area with great views. Just a shame about the enormous building site right opposite. But it didn’t really detract, room was very quiet at night. They could provide bigger bath towels perhaps. Good convenient location."
