"Kaiserhof is a very unique, small hotel. It is centrally located in Ried, close to the town square and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff is enormously helpful and goes out of their way to insure your comfort. This was our second time staying there and we would recommend it highly to anyone having business or personal reasons to travel to Ried i. Innkreiss and the surrounding area."

"Staff was wonderful. Easy access and great location."

"Fantastic hotel with an excellent Spa. "

"At the crest of the gorge but above the main road so very little noise. The staff were very helpful. The bedroom was I perfect condition as was the en suite bathroom. Unfortunately the dinner menu was limited but the receptionist suggested 4 hostelries near by. Breakfast was great. A short walk into the gorge is included in the price. "small hotel in Spa region. well organised, clean, excellent breakfast very good experience "

"Very friendly staff, although the check in was a little confusing due to arrival right around the time when the check in is at another hotel. The room was decent size and pluss for providing towel and a bag to take to the spa"

"The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, diner was good."

"Great location in the centre of town with adjacent restaurant. A great place to stay. "
