"The breakfast menu is good. It's not monotonous. They have good internet connection. Room is clean however some of the complimentary like slippers & hairdryer, i guess you have to request them. They should have come handy for the guest right away though. Just bring your own toiletries if you're staying for a week or more. Not saying anything else. We're still grateful that they really good staffs. We wanted to stay longer but we found another place that is closer and more accessible for walking around and much closer to the malls."

"The rooftop was great! The gym was up there with ocean views, spa, swimming pool and rooftop restaurant. The room was a decent size with good WiFi and A/C. The hot water in the shower would go on and off but we didn’t mind since it was refreshing. They had free bottled water daily and breakfast buffet which had plenty of selection. The only thing I really wish they had were drawers to place our clothes into so we didn’t have to live out of our luggages. Everyone working in this hotel were nice and helpful."

"We had a wonderful staycation & we even extended our stay because the hotel is very convenient with easy access to SM mall. The location was perfect, downtown is walking distance with public transportation readily available. We had everything we needed right there. Rooms & hallways were clean with very attentive staff. The front service desk staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Highly recommended & hope to be back again next year. "

"The best hotel stay we had in Bacolod City. Everything was exceptional! Breakfast buffet was super delicious with classy appetizing presentation. Laundry & Dry cleaning was quick & on time. We have a spacious room & a very comfortable bed with a beautiful view of Bacolod Lagoon park. To all the staff & personnel hands down, you made our Bacolod vacay a very special & memorable one.
