Lovely hotel. Very quirky and quiet. Room very clean and equipped with a large comfortable bed. Very nice but fairly expensive restaurants are within 1 mile or so. Uber also operate in the area and it was around 20 euro to ghent centre.

Warm welcome from staff, hotel immaculate throughout. Beautiful spacious clean room. Easy to park and just a 5 min walk to Tram 4 that takes you into Ghent city centre.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful and the decorations for Christmas were stunning. We loved spending time in the lounge area by the fire, the breakfast was very tasty and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would highly recommend. My ownly fault, and this isnt unique to this hotel, is that we paid an additional price for our four month son to stay (which is expected). Brilliant Christmas stay, great staff

Location was excellent right in the heart of Bruges. Room was first class, clean spacious and very comfortable. Fantastic view over the square. Staff encountered were all helpful and polite. One of the best hotel stays we have ever had. Great job.

We were wonderfully welcomed as if we were celebrity. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Room is clean and spacious with very clean bathroom and excellent shower. Breakfast is great in a cosy room with tasty food. The staff were excellent and helpful. Nicole treated us with lots of love and kindness . Overall an excellent experience for us. Fabulous place to stay. We were in the newer part of the hotel -- possibly a new building, or a refurbished old one -- but it had been thoughtfully designed and beautifully put together. The walkway to get there went outside, and was only partially covered -- so you might get wet in the rain, although I noticed a stack of umbrellas at reception! Everything else was amazing. Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Breakfast there was plenty of choice and all produce were good quality. The brownies and Panna cotta are the best i've ever tasted.

Perfect stay. Very convenient location, but also very quiet. Large clean rooms that have such a unique touch to them. Breakfast is a treat - fresh home made food, fresh juices, fruit salad is presented to an outstanding level. Hosts are exceptionally helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Cannot think of one flaw and I've stayed at hotels all over the world. Beautiful hotel in a stunning location, only to be matched by the warmth of the hotel staff and the character of the rooms. The property is beautifully appointed. Every detail of the room carefully curated with quality products throughout. The hosts were exceptional. The breakfast was a feast for the eyes and tastebuds - beautifully and memorably presented. Could not recommend highly enough.
