"Exceptional service and hotel was stunning! Booked last minute based on reviews. Can’t say enough about this beautiful hotel and amazing breakfast. Rooms were large and bed extremely comfortable. 2 minutes from market square. Walked to everything Will definitely stay here again"

"The room was clean and modern. The staff was fabulous. I asked about several things - Places to eat, train schedules, etc - The staff was eager to provide help and hey always had a smile on their faces. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had and I would stay there again in the future. A special shout out to Wilhelm from the restaurant who went out of his way to survey other staff on the best place to get waffles in Bruges."

"No tea/coffee making facilities in the room which wouldnt have been too bad but the self service starbucks machine in the lobby was down. Bar not open on the sunday whic meant we had to use the beer garden, which was great apart from it was open to all and there was a group of irish gypsies using it with about 12 of the most feral kids known to man running amok between the four very loud couples."
