"locaction and room were decent. Cleanliness of the room was questionable as the floor was really dirty. This wasn’t a big deal. However, I was greatly disappointed by Fredy’s attitude and extremely POOR customer service. I have traveled quite a bit in various European cities, but he was the most rudest host I had ever came across. I can give atleast a few examples in my finger tips where he should passive aggression that was not called for but I wouldn’t waste my time here. I would NOT...

"A beautiful place. The house is renovated in a very charming and inviting style. The rooms are big enough, beds are comfy, and everything is clean. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. The owners and staff are super friendly.
The hotel is in the middle of local farmland away from the buzz of the city, and that is what gives it its charm. Still, it is only a short drive to get to Knokke-Heist downtown or to Brugge."
