"Excellent resort with beautiful views, staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that on a couple of occasions we had to wait for the buggy between 20 - 30 minutes. They do state that the maximum wait time is 20 minutes, I feel this should be no more than 10 minutes maximum, ..."

"Amazing time at Ella Retreat, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is located a short drive away from Ella city, which is a bit sketchy at times heading up the mountain (but exhilarating). Being away with nature was great, be sure to visit the nearby waterfall!"
