I had to ask for towels too cos the cleaner would not leave any towels. Breakfast was just ok. They were slow to refill things when they were finished. I am still waiting for a refund for them 5 days as they said I could claim A refund from Expedia for not having any hot water. Also the hotel staff seemed so unbothered that we were suffering with no hot water in cold December. It was awful !!! "
