When addressed hotel staff was the rudest people I've came across I checked out did not stay request a refund due to the condition and it was ignored instead of police were used to threat."

Staff were rude with poor customer service skills. I spoke to the GM today and because I booked through a third party site she said there is nothing she can do to accommodate me. She said when I come back she would give me a discount. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!"
