"I traveled here for my 34th bday, and I loved it! When we checked in our room it didnt have a balcony, and upgrading was easy we even got tours. Loved the amenities, I went to the gym everyday, nice size gym.. there are also 3 pools, we loved the infinity pool right off the beach! This hotel was in a good location, about 10min from airport and 15min from Old San Juan. Lots of restaurants and bars within walkin distance. The excursion are pricey through the hotel too. 10/10 hotel would come back"

"Location and beach access were fantastic. The island was experiencing water issues but the staff handled it fantastically. The only issue was cleanliness. There was a pretty sizable spill outside the elevator on our floor that was not cleaned up in our entire stay. Our room was in definite need of a deep clean, and the pools consistently had debris in them."

"So, I didn’t like there was no pool! Then the breakfast could have more like some sort of hot food, like eggs and some sort of meat. The broken tiles in the elevators I wasn’t happy with. Then no one would come clean, my room. I had to put my garbage and dirty towels outside the room, and go downstairs to front desk 3x for toilet tissue because no one was check or even vacuum my room or change my sheets on my bed, another thing they had not enough wash clothes for the people in my room from day one. Sometimes we had none, Other than that it was ok, the balcony was the best part, no movies available like Netflix to log into your acct or Prime to log into. The ocean right in front was nice."

"The only thing not too good is the strict check-out policy, and they don't have bathrooms with showers, so you still have to use the facilities on your last day and change your clothes before taking your flight back. The rest me and my family live it, now we are looking to buy a timeshare at the same property."

"The location was perfect. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room set up is odd, as the mini fridge and coffee pot was in the bathroom. The view from the room was spectacular. The pools were clean and the lagoon was nice. The beach chairs were old and not well kept. At least the beach ones. The ones around the pool were nice."
