Was not happy about booking through expedia and having issues with check in. But the main issue was it was so terribly noisy . We had to stay on the main floor as we had a dog. The amount of slamming doors was outrageous, all hours of the day amd night. Also if there is a pet policy there should be a child policy, running down the halls and scootering down the halls !!! No sleep was to be had with the paper thin walls and inconsiderate door slamming. When they chose to clean the room they leave garbage bags and sheets all along the halls which make returning to your room difficult during this time. Breakfast was good, nice options. The dog poop bag station at the outside was filled with cigarette butts and around coffee cups. I carry my own bags but thats unsightly. Room was comfortable otherwise with an ac and decent bed.

Good place to overnight in Comfortable clean a quiet. Not impressed with the restaurant/bar. Nice people but the “bar” is just a corner of the dining room and the menu is not North American and the restaurant doesn’t have a relationship with the hotel aside from the space it uses. (Can not charge to room)

Staff were unfriendly and made it seem like a chore to check in, we had to do a cash deposit because they charged my credit card $100 for the room and then made me pay an additional fee after saying the $100 should have gone back on my card which still hasn’t happened. They also double charged the pet fee and made us pay an extra $1.75 when they messed up the numbers, though one pet fee was reversed and returned. Overall a rough experience due to the workers, primarily the man working the evening we checked in.

The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. The building itself is just old so there is not much anyone can do about that. Pool area and breakfast area were good for myself and my daughter.

Very easy to get to, right off the transcanada a few hundred feet, very quiet, adequate parking, clean comfortable quiet room, great price. Good place for overnight stay.

Checked in late, very late, front desk staff was friendly and kind. In the morning I had to rebook an extra night, instead of sticking me in the cheapest they had, they upgraded me from a queen to a king without extra charge. RMS are clean. Good service, nice amenities.

First the card reader doesn’t work, so I have to go to their ATM in the lobby, I pull out $400 in cash, the atm only provided $380 and when I told the guy at the counter he accused me of lying and I showed him proof multiple times, there was mold in the shower and it was overall dirty, the room was dim even with all the lights on and about as stale as bread left on the counter for 2 weeks, stuffy and had a strange sour smell

Everything was excellent, the only thing that upset us was we were told the breakfast went until 9am.. but if you weren’t there by 8:45 everything was cleaned up and gone.. If you say 9am then make sure it’s available until 9am please.

Property was dirty, holes in the wall, dark, as well showed up for breakfast at 8am and everything was gone! no juice, no coffee, no eggs. little dissapointing. Pool also closed at 9pm. which we showed up to unwind and swim with 2 families.

Lots of parking around the building. Very friendly staff. Room was ready early and they allowed us to check in. Room was clean and comfortable beds.
