I’m not sure how this property is rated 8.8. It was probably a nice hotel about 30 years ago. It doesn’t seem to have been updated since then. The furnishings are old, the bed was hard, yet also canoed in the middle, the bedding was clean but one bed didn’t even have a mattress pad, the pillows were ...

Ashland Springs Hotel
Great location for the Shakespeare festival and shows were excellent. Room on 3rd floor was very small. Restaurant “Lark’s” was good food but slow service (2 1/2 hour dinner). Nice bar but very limited hours. Ashland overall was a wonderful place!
