"The hotel is past due for an update. The beds are lumpy at best. The check in process is slow and not efficient. The staff at the hotel were rude when asked questions. The staff at Chadwick were great, mistakes were made but corrected quickly."

Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites
"Our toilet did not work when arrived. We were told maintenance would come by and fix it. They not come until the following day. Also when asking for a room refresh, twice, housekeeping still did not come. We had to call the front desk for fresh towels at 10pm at night. Not the best experience."

"Queen bad rooms with recliner advertised as “sleeps 3” however you cant really sleep in the recliner. I called hotel before booking and asked about that exact situation because we had party of 5 and 2 kids 6 and 9. I booked 2 rooms so that kids can sleep on the recliners but that wasn’t a good option. ..."
