"Bathroom smelled and we found urine still in the toilet that somebody last used and did not flush. Once flushed, the smell diminished. The pipe under one of the sinks leaked alot that there was a trash can catching the water. Hard boiled eggs were found in the refrigerator that were not thrown out. ..."
