This property was actually really nice however I’m pretty upset with the staff. So I booked the day of alittle late but I booked my stay I arrived around 10pm the staff was apperantly upset that I got there at 10pm being rude and unsavory. By the way I am a local from a neighboring town I went out last minute to the city to join in my friends last minute birthday celebration.. once I arrived at the location staff again were rude also they charged me double for the stay when I explained that I have already paid for my stay with Expedia and all that was due at the location was 94mil pesos I showed them the recipet on the page also showed them the credit card charge and still they would refuse my stay unless I paid the total balance again and that it had to be in cash 🤔. The next morning I spoke to a different staff member explained to them the situation he was vey nice and said that once the payment reaches them with Expedia they would refund my money to my local Colombian bank account. Again I send them the credit card statement and now I have no response and nothing has been done to rectify this issue. The location and the proper was actually really nice other than no aC it was nice but the staff really is everything in a location like this if you can’t count to have friendly staff and also not have them double dip then especially if they did this to a Colombian citizen becareful travelers I would highly recommend for you to only book here if it’s a last resort
