The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and Google Translate save the day! The rooms are clean and the food on the fifth floor open Terrace is wonderful. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel

Customer service was excellent. We always felt safe. The area where the hotel is located is very nice, calm and safe. The AC is not too strong but the weather helped and keeping the windows open though the night helps as well. Every day we left them clean our room and it was an excellent service. They are working on offering breakfast in house.

The room was great, cozy and affordable. Wish there had been a mini fridge but no big deal. The girls at the front desk were all so kind and helpful with everything I needed. The staff and the food at the restaurant were amazing!!! And room service was the bomb! 😁 I didnt find it super walkable though. Anywhere I needed to go, seemed really far away.....not sure if this is just Medellín or a "me problem" lol The AC worked great and always had hot water in the shower 😁

We had a great stay that it was hard to leave! The only issue we had was our window wouldn’t lock and the door to our room had an issue, so you had to lift it almost when you wanted to close it. The shower curtain also wasn’t long enough so water came out of it. Also at checkout they go up and check your room as you give your key in, not a big issue but just something to bare in mind if you have a car or taxi waiting. The shower was lovely and nice and warm, just bare in mind toward the end of the day the hot water starts to run out if they have a full hotel. The view from the roof is beyond stunning and the staff are very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely overall.

Excellent value, with breakfast cooked to order each morning. Rooftop lounge with awesome views. Nice rooms, at a very low price with WiFi, however no amenities such as a closet or drawers, no iron, coffee maker or even a cup for water.

This is an excellent hotel with the friendliest and most accommodating staff ..It’s also very cost effective based on the amenities they offer ..place is very clean , beds are super comfortable, water is nice and hot. The Ac works great too. There are lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance. This hotel also has its own rooftop restaurant if you don’t feel like going out. You can just relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Medellin. If you have questions about tours the staff will always assist you or recommend you nice places. This place is in Belen and just borders laureles, so it’s safe part of city away from all the loud noises and parties .. one thing I do recommend is if you do take a taxi , always Uber ! The local yellow cabs are the worst and many times they don’t know the addresses.. I will definitely be staying at this place again ..
