Very low profile but excellently maintained and managed facility. Staff speaks Spanish only but very friendly. Room is very clean and cozy and WiFi signal is excellent. Breakfast is delicious and there is free coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day. A little noisy at night but there is no complaint for its excellent location.

Convenient, Comfortable, and Friendly

Had a comfortable stay at Moet Hotel. The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk to the lively Provenza Lane, perfect for exploring the area. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even though they didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish – Google Translate made communication seamless. The only slight downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit cramped. Also, due to the close proximity to Provenza, music could be heard in the room until late at night, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, a great experience with an amazing location and friendly service!

The only problem with this hotel is the absence of room windows. This may be tolerated for a short stay 1 or 2 nights at most, but not for a longer stay, according to me. I would like anyway to thank Mr. Juan Carlos and his staff for their warm assistance

During my recent trip to Medellin, Colombia, I had the pleasure of staying at Moet Hotel, and my overall experience was very positive. Location: Moet Hotel is conveniently located in the bustling and trendy neighborhood of El Poblado. It’s within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the area. The hotel's location made it easy to explore the local attractions, including Lleras Park and the El Tesoro Shopping Park. Check-in Experience: The check-in process was swift and hassle-free. The front desk staff (Alvaro,Norelys and Erika) were courteous and professional, warmly welcoming me to the hotel. They provided a quick overview of the amenities and information about the local area. Room: The room I stayed in was spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, with soft linens and pillows that ensured a good night's rest. The room also featured a large flat-screen. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, equipped with a great shower and quality toiletries. Dining: The hotel’s serves a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options, including fresh fruits & juices, toast, hot dishes, coffee and hot chocolate. While the hotel may not have as many amenities as some larger luxury hotels, it provides a cozy and stylish experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely consider staying at Moet Hotel again on future trips to Medellin. Thank you , Oswaida R. Room # 209

The property is beautifully furnished and the breakfast each morning was amazing. The staff helped me to switch rooms to an interior room since they are the most quiet. It was great sitting at the breakfast bar outside to watch everyone below and eat breakfast each morning. I appreciate the coffee with free refills.
