"Hotel 0 estrellas,habitaciones con muchísimo ruido,olor a pintura,duchas con agua sucia y baños que no bajan!! El buffet malísimo. Lo único bueno es su localidad. Por lo demás no sirve. No lo recomiendo. Su manager es cero amigable."

"Everything was satisfactory until the morning of checkout. My wife went for a run in the morning, and the bellboy ran after her to ask if she was going to check out, as if she intended to steal from the premises. This occurred at 9:30am, although check-out was not until 12 p.m. After we completed the checkout process, the bellboy refused to assist us with our luggage. He merely watched as I carried the luggage down the stairs and into the taxi, without offering any help or taking any action. I believe that hotels should exercise great caution in their hiring procedures. Although it was a holiday in Colombia, it is not the guest’s fault if an employee is having a bad day."

"Love the greenery around all property, well maintained and the equipment was great too, breakfast was delicious I was craving for a smoothie in the afternoon and in bed ne of the restaurant they make me a yummy green smoothie with he staff was very friendly and the location was great we walk every day to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, rooftop bar, bakeries you’ll find lots of great places to eat! I definitely recommend that s hotel to anyone who wants to go to Medallin , by the way the area was very secure never had any issues and we walk at night and during the day very nice people."
