I stayed in two different apartments for total 3 months, the first apartment on 7th floor and no air conditioning, only small fan, I had to buy my own fan, bedroom was on sun ☀️ setting side of building and bedroom was really hot, I lived in Medellín on and off for 13 years, I have bought my own bedding, sheets, pillows, towels, and comforter. Besides hot bedroom, there was an smell from bathroom sink (not proper piping under sink) then I moved to 24th floor, the walls in bedroom area could use fresh paint, dirty walls, microwave wasn’t working, the iron for clothes wasn’t working, I bought a new one thought they would reimburse me but wasn’t. Nice view but some noise from people visiting Medellín to party and it got loud. They offer parking for my motorcycle in garage area, I would stay at this property again. There’s a mall and grocery store in the area of this building.

We had the best view to Medellin City. The reception guys were very nice and helpful during Checking In. The apartment was clean and neat. My only suggestion would be to add more stuff in the kitchen like plates and pans, and more towels available to avoid to ask for replacement.

Beautiful apartment 608 but wish had booked balcony or natural light..was very nice..uber is really cheap too travel anywhere in the city..everything really good only couple of bad points..our apartment no balcony & the seating area which was with the apartment took a lot of noise of people with music & smoking that was the only bad point with this apartment..But in general very good & will definitely be back but will choose better apartment..we stayed 18 days but nobody cleaned the apartment so we did our best too keep it clean

The only pro's about this property is that it has beautiful views and away from all the noise in Parqeu Lleras. However, this apt has NO A/C. The hot water is literally a squirt and last about 10 mins max. The bed/pillows weren't the most comfortable, bed sheet are thin (luckily because there's NO A/C!, towels were never changed my whole stay, there were insects (flies, spiders, etc) inside the apt. Never once did anyone come in and clean, nor offer. There is really nothing in walking distance so you have to take a taxi or Uber everywhere. This property is good if you're on a strict budget, if not, I do not recommend it. It was definitely not what I was expecting.

It was a good place to stay but the apartment conditions needs to improve such as furniture, they need to replace the mattresses, stock up toiletries. I only got hand soap when my other relatives at another apartment got shampoo, body wash, etc. Pricey for what I paid for. Won't go back to this place.

The only downside to this property was that 1 not all rooms had ac or proper fan , 2) there was no one to come up and give us new sheets and towels we had to request them and we had a long enough stay and 3 there was not a dryer only a washer so we had to find other means to dry our clothes after washing but everything else was good .

The unit is on the 19th floor . It has a nice view of Medellin and it had a good bed. The bathroom door lock was broken and left that way. This indicates poor maintenance of the apartment. I also received a text from the property manager charging me $30 US dollars for a color stained barh room towel. So rediculous a claim that I will not pay. I don't recommend this apartment. You may be charged for absurd claims of dirty towels or anything else they can try to claim to make some more money off the customer/renter. A $30 cleaning charge was already included in the rent. There are plenty of apartments in Medellin to rent. I advise to skip this one.
