room was clean. bed and pillows were very comfortable. floor of the bathtub was a bit wobbly and the water was not quite as hot as we like. people were very nice. breakfast was fine. only real complaint was the road noise. we live out on a very quiet farm and so are not used to the night noise. hard to sleep well. otherwise, all was good!

The breakfast had limited options. It was inconvenient not to have a coffee pot in the room and the tub is a balance challenge. The staff is excellent - friendly & professional.The hotel is extremely clean and the beds are comfortable. Construction next door makes entering and leaving tricky but this is a temporary issue.

My family and I stayed over Thanksgiving weekend, and while the staff was polite, we ran into several issues. Our first assigned room was still being cleaned, and the second room had a toilet that wouldn’t flush until maintenance fixed it while we were out. My husband and I were placed on the second floor while the rest of our family was on the fourth, which was disappointing since we were hoping to stay together. My family’s adjoining rooms had multiple door handles that were loose or falling off. One handle even fell on my toe and left a bruise. Breakfast also lacked variety, and as someone with type 2 diabetes, I struggled to find options that fit my dietary needs. The pool and hot tub were nice and at good temperatures, but two hot tub jets blew cold water. The pool room floor became slick quickly, and my two-year-old nephew slipped (thankfully not badly, he just scared himself). The room itself was also quite cold, and I was shivering just walking to the restroom. There were some positives, but too many preventable issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.

The room was clean, the staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was good…. Down fall.. we booked this hotel specifically because of the pool…. We stayed the weekend here for my son’s second birthday …. And I really wanted to take him swimming for the first time as he’s a medically complex kiddo so there’s a lot that goes into literally anything The water was FREEZING cold …. We couldn’t even take him in it…. The hot tub was BARELY. Luke warm…. I booked this hotel souly for the pool and due to it being cold we couldn’t even use it…. I coulda stayed else were for a lot less without a pool….. also the water pressure in the shower was AWFUL….

The room itself is fine and the staff was nice. But one of the biggest reasons for our stay was the pool in hot tub. Both of which were not as advertised. We left and went to another hotel. After some reluctance, they did finally agree to a refund. But it did take multiple calls, which was a little surprising given the circumstances.
