"The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay overall. However, the space felt a bit tight, especially with two smaller beds (considering $250 per night) that didn’t leave much room to move around. On the positive side, the staff truly stood out—they were excellent and responded immediately when we requested additional towels, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was also consistently good, just as expected, and a nice way to start the day. Overall, a nice experience thanks to the cleanliness, reliable breakfast, and especially the attentive service, though the room size and bed setup could be improved."

"my experience was definitely not ok. These hotels are not my preference but I figure to give it a try since it was in a decent area and reviews werent too shabby..Also on trips its not like your in the room 24/7.. Parking was also free so thats a good thing. Check it was smooth and I thought nothing of it. When I got to my room (facing parking lot) I was scretched out by the person next door.. some old lady who looked tweaked out with a group of men who also looked questionable with her.. they were all smoking outside there room. Didnt really care since after check in I was leaving for dinner.. Boom, I get back from dinner and theyre still outside! Didnt care that much again, bc Im going out again to a bar. Boom I get back at 12am at this point theyre being loud and yelling. I call the front desk to let them know Im uncomfortable and at this point feeling unsafe.. All the front desk said “Ill go check” and hung up. I just ended up falling asleep. Come the morning, Our room is so stuffy and barley breathable *didnt really notice the night/day before since I was not in the room that much.. Smh I went down to see if I can change rooms, after letting them know my experience..So glad that they were able to accommodate! the rooms on the pool facing side are clean and what you expect from what you see online.. I assume they judge you based off race. Everyone on the other are what you would guess.. Never staying here again, and wouldn’t recommend it if you were stranded "

"The run was very unkept the floors made my feet black. In the closet there were piles of dead roaches, in the sink before we even put our stuff down in the bathroom there was hair shavings everywhere. There was rust on the showerhead and drains. The room had a very foul smell. It smelled like someone’s dirty clothes was all over the room at some point. Period other than that, the staff was very friendly very accommodating, but it was extremely uncomfortable. I’m really glad that I brought my own comforter to sleep on and had sandals."

"We arrived late, and there is no parking on site, we had to park on the street, which does not feel safe. The breakfast menu is sufficient, you can make your own waffles, so that is nice. The bathtub is not clean, you can see black spots on the rug, and our shampoo bottle is emptied. Also our reservation is for three people, we don't have three complete sets of towels. "

"Clean and quiet room. Easy check in, live surveillance over parking lot. Breakfast needs improvement, maybe better cereals and a few fresh fruits."
