"The property is in an area on the edge of town that is getting upgraded. The one night we stayed was fine, since we were just passing through. But I don't think we would have chosen this property if we were staying longer."

"Our room was clean and very spacious. Comfortable king bed. We had a ground floor room, which was very handy. We did not utilize the amenities, although the indoor pool and fitness room looked very nice. They also had a laundry room. We didn't have breakfast since we left before 6 a.m. My only complaint was noisy people entering the outside doors after 10 p.m. Our room was next to the side entrance. Maybe the staff should have late arrivals use the main entrance."

"The room was dirty with dead bugs on the floor. Dirt around the edges of floor. Although it appears that the vinyl flooring was fairly new, the planks were coming up and were loose. Walking on them made them pop. The breakfast was not good. The only thing that was hot was the coffee. The sausage and eggs were cold as were the biscuits and gravy. Once in the shower, I discovered there was no body wash in the provided wall dispenser. Ala in all, a disappointing experience. Will not return. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Drury Plaza!!! From the moment we walked in the door, the staff {Maddie & Jewel} were so welcoming and kind! They referred us to a dinner spot that was phenomenal {Boathouse}! The rooms were clean & it was quiet! We went to the pool and hot tub and enjoyed our time there. Of note, they do provide towels at the pool. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful with so many options to choose from! We weren’t at the hotel from 5:30-7PM, but they do offer free appetizers/Hors d'oeuvres and drinks at this time. We will be staying here again anytime we come to Chattanooga!"

"The Cleaner of the year is very strong like perfume could be changed. They could also have the mini fridges with freezers on top for people who work around there and would like to freeze the packs to keep their food cool Coffee is OK. Having a good decent. Breakfast is great to start the day."
