"My kiddos and I had the best time at the West End Homewood Suites! Firstly, and maybe most importantly, the staff were so kind and helpful. The two gentlemen who were on duty when we checked in were awesome. And we had a great room, with one bedroom and a separate living room. My older kids loved being able to run outside and play basketball (balls provided!), and all of my kids and I had a blast in the pool. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning, and the breakfast staff were also really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the room, got restful sleep, got to use the new smart TVs and kitchen, and grab snacks from the little market. It was perfect! The only thing that would have been the cherry on top is if we could have purchased some pool toys (or if some basics were provided). We’ll definitely be back for another staycation! "

" room did not have a number on the door as they were remodeling the 4th floor. had to use key to find the room. Reservations had us in two rooms even thought one room was cancelled in March. Was charged for two rooms so not happy about that. I had even called the billing department 3 weeks ago and was told I would only have to pay for one room. I am out the $177 charged for second room that was cancelled in March."

"They have full breakfast here. It says its a continental breakfast but it is actually a full breakfast. Eggs, waffles, sausage, yogurt, etc. "

"There was construction over the whole place. The entrance was being jack hammered when I was trying to check in. They just gave you a paper apologizing. Tons of workers every where. They were recreating hallways. The elevator was so smelly that we took the stairs to the third floor. There weight room was missing a weight from the set. Nothing below 10. Tiny area. In order to eat break they opened up a conference room which was also a storage room. Manager was nice and helpful. Changed room floors. Due to being there for a concert hotel prices were hiked way up which definitely shouldn’t have been for these conditions. Also made it impossible to switch hotels. Hotel should have disclosed construction before people booked."
