"Just stayed here for a night and was a nice stay. Would stay here again if I'm going through Kamloops again. The only downside is that I read reviews on the area of car theft and vandalism and they don't have monitored parking for visitors. My sister and I had to bring in all of our camping gear which wasn't as nice as we just drove 10 hours once we got there."

"This hotel was well appointed and the front desk person was top notch! He was friendly, kind and helpful. I am handicapped and he brought me to my room to bring my suitcase. He also took my suitcase to my car the next morning. He placed it in my car. This was such a wonderful service to provide. Thank you very much!! I will stay at this hotel any time that I am in Kamloops."

"The location, staff, parking breakfast options and ease of use of the hotel were all great. My kids loved the pool and waterslide. My biggest complaint was that we reserved a room with a sofa bed for the extra fee and it was absolutely unusable. While sofa beds by design are not the most comfortable, this one was more spring than mattress. Even lying the mattress on the floor didn’t help. So we’d gotten a room so the parents could sleep on their own and the kids could share a bed and that wasn’t an option. After long day of travelling, this caused some undue stress at bedtime; all you parents can relate. Outside of that, would stay again- just don’t bother with the extra sleeping arrangements."
