Excellent hotel and staff. Wonderful breakfast and table service with a smile.
The only issues we had was that on two occasions the roof top bar was not staffed for at least 20 mins during its “opening hours”. The other issue related to a dinner reservation that was made by the hotel staff but

hotel is in an excellent position. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The area across from the hotel, Paceville, is not good. Dirty a full of take aways , clubs and noisy bars. This is not a reflection on the hotel which is away from any noise and has fabulous facilities.

"The hotel and service is lovely - very attentive staff. Only comments I have is the half board - the evening meal is not fully included - they told me that I only have 45 euros to spend each night. Any amount that goes over that I would have to pay extra. Would have been better if this was noted ..."
