Stayed five nights with family whilst attending a wedding. Ronaldo was great at check-in and most helpful. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with iron, hair dryer, slippers and robes. Left my credit card at the front desk when charged the $2 tax and it was stolen. Luckily my card company caught the first charge as fraud but disappointed that the hotel kept and lost the card. Beyond that hotel lobby was small and chaotic, elevator was slow, AC was broken. Not as expected.
