"Really enjoyed staying at Mount View. I was visiting for a month and enjoyed my room and waking up to the amazing mountain view every morning. The room had everything I needed, and the hotel was set in a perfect location in the city near everything. The staff was always kind and looked after me and couldn't do enough to make my stay pleasant. I would definitely not stay anywhere else if I returned to Dharamshala."

"Wonderful Tibetan hotel, a treasure in so many ways. Lovely people, lovely place and a lovely location. Minutes to the Dalai Lama Temple, the Kora circuit and the markets. The place itself is beautiful and a paradise away from the hub bub of taxi stalls, markets and the energy of the city. The Hummingbird Cafe was delicious! We ate Tibetan foods everyday and loved each meal. We bought a beautiful artisan Tibetan picture frame from their mini store in the cafe. All proceeds go toward the Tibetan cultural and educational programs. Bravo Norbulingkha Institute, thank you. We adored our stay. "

"I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and offered a nice view. The staff was very friendly and helpful which made the stay even better. Room service was quick and everything I ordered tasted great — really fresh and well-prepared. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights, with plenty of variety and different items every day, which kept it interesting. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I’d recommend to others."
