"The room was nice, clean and comfortable..People were friendly. However, this was a group family event and a couple of family members had their room reservations mixed up and given to other members which could have resulted in an extra day charge for one couple. An identification procedure was not accurately followed...It was resolved but not without a hassle and time involved in the process. "
