"Very large room. Felt easy to spread out "

"We originally checked in for a room and when we got up to it, the fridge didn’t work. Went back to the receptionist as we were heading out for supper and asked that they fix it while we were gone. Instead they switched our room to across the hall - no problem, the fridge worked. There were 2 light bulbs burnt out in the bathroom and some of the coffee in the holder was open/gone. Otherwise we loved the hotel, the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, and how big the room was! We will stay again and hopefully be able to book the Presidential Suite we saw! "

"It was as great. We arrived early as we were driving to Cincinnati and got there earlier than expected. We explained the situation to the front seat staff Nancy I believe her name is. I waited too long to write this review and not forget her name. But she was very nice and allowed us to check in early free of charge. It was very cold and was there for a wedding so didn’t need to go anywhere and needed to rest because we drove all night to get there. Our stay was great and no complaints. I would definitely stay there again. The property is well situated and closed to restaurants. "

"We had an excellent stay here! This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in...you wouldn't even be able to tell that it was 10 years old! It was in such good condition. I really loved that the rooms had wooden floors instead of carpet...much more cleaner! It was nice to have 50 inch Smart TVs- I love that I could connect to my Netflix account. I don't typically see TVs this large in hotels. The bathroom in our room was also very clean. The in-suite kitchen was huge and spacious! The staff also was very friendly and welcoming. Fazood checked us in and was very nice! I loved the location - plenty of restaurants and shops around and we felt very safe. If we visit Cincinnati again, we will definitely be staying in this hotel!"
