"The staff at the front desk were helpful and welcoming. The staff people in the dining room for breakfast time was friendly, always had a smile on her face, and made sure we had plenty to eat. The cleaning/house keeping staff were thorough, friendly and courteous. One of the room I reserved developed a water leak. All the room were full so they couldn't move us that night. Staff apologized and moved us as soon as a room became available. We appreciate their effort."

"The location was right on the lake with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit on the cooler evenings. The towels at the pool were so convenient. Our room did not have a microwave and the beds were not that comfortable. Overall, a very relaxing place to stay."

"Our original room's shower did not work and we had to change rooms. The ice machine on our floor did not work as well. Staff was nice and quick to get our room changed due to the non-working shower. Breakfast selection was large and food was good."
