"15 minutes before checkout they were extremely rude & knocking every 2 minutes saying we had to get out immediately. We left the room at 11 then sat in the car to see what the emergency was. They didn't come clean the room for 2 more hours! All they did was get the towels & make the bed. This was the worst place we have ever stayed. "
