"Very clean rooms and comfortable beds Will stay here again!!!! "

"The staff was very nice here and the rooms were clean and very roomy. The balconies were very enjoyable the beds were soft and the housekeeping staff was incredibly kind and attentive. My only real complaint is that there is not enough room for seating in the area where they hold breakfast. The food was okay but it wasn't great. It was a buffet of sorts but limited and it was so noisy you could barely hear yourself think. If they had a way to expand their morning room to allow for people to sit comfortably and eat I think it would be an absolutely amazing stay. We definitely had fun. The kids loved the pool with the slide, they're lazy river and even the little kitty Splash Pool although that was cold water when the rest was warm. Also the game room had been stripped out which was disappointing. I don't think I would stay there if I was going to take in a lot of the local entertainment as the money spent on the room would have been better spent on the sites. However if you're going for the views in the mountains maybe planning to do some hiking it's definitely worth having a nice place to stay when you're finished."

"Our whole stay was great. The room was clean. They came daily to refresh the towels and change the trash. We used the heat since the temps were in the 40's. The free breakfast was sufficient. Thr have everything you need to start your day. The guys at the desk were really nice and helpful. "

"We had a nice view of the Smoky Mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub because it was clean and nobody else was around. Very quiet for being in town. Room was clean and spacious."
