"The property was beautiful and the staff was very kind. However we were very underwhelmed by the room. The only thing that appeared clean was the bed. The curtains and towels had holes in them and there was stuff on the floor."

"Maintenance tried to come into my room while I was asleep, I ran from the bed to block the door. Kasa forgot to tell pple about pest control visit. Thin walls, cheap bed frame and noisey. Communication isnt great between host, Kasa & building. Didn't feel safe staying here."
