The people were great. The food was fine. Breakfast was great. The entire third floor smells like mold. They have a serious water issue in that building somewhere.

Free parking, right in- town and just minutes by walking to some good restaurants. The morning breakfast was great - including waffles with lots of topping choices. Coffee and tea seemed to be available all day in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable!

The beach access and view are excellent. The staff was very friendly. The only problem was the carpets throughout the room. I was totally disappointed with the upkeep of those. They were dirty with spots throughout.
