"They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great."

"Really enjoyed my stay at Tarangire Simba Lodge. The grounds backed onto the park. It was so exciting seeing elephants and other animals around the perimeter, drinking from a natural watering hole. The staff were lovely, and I was lucky to have the owner staying at the same time as they were so engaging and made my stay even better. "We had a nice stay at Kichuguu Camp on November 28th. Being low season, there was only one other couple in camp. We had a mixup with Hotels.com that didn’t go well wherein they booked my room and I immediately got a message from the camp that the rate was incorrect and I owed more money for the booking. I wasn’t pleased with that, but in the big picture it wasn’t enough of a problem. Nice place, I’d probably stay there again. "

"Amazing experience at Boundary Hill. The lodge is located in the bush on top of a hill. The rooms have views to an area where animals walk around and at night you can hear all type of animal sounds from the room. The staff is fantastic and they made everything possible for accomodating our needs amd wishes. Breakfast and dinner is served in the bar/restaurant areaAlthough the lodge is located outside of the park (40min drive to Boundary gate) you still have to pay WMA fees for overnight stay....

"Les douches dans le désert étaient uniques. On a adoré la gentillesse du personnel qui travaille dans des conditions difficiles , mais qui sont toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. La situation du camp au milieu du parc avec des annimaux qui viennent la nuit autour du camp. On se reveille avec une vue sur le désert et la nuit dans son lit on entend des hyènes, des lions et des oiseaux. A partir de 23h plus d'électrivcité dans le camp, donc obligé de dormit tôt."
