It was horrible 2 days with not hot water and then in the afternoon no water they need to improve the service for the guest I not going to came back to this hotel.

Our room was just terrible. You can tell they are remodeling but they should have not rented room 501 lost of mold and humidity in the room. We had asked to be moved they did not want to. We rented a 2 bedroom suite really dirty and mold everywhere AC leaking and floors really dirty and old.. Food was ok. Service lady in the room really nice and cooperative.

The resort is clean and the staff is awesome. The breakfast buffet was great!! My only concern was that none of the balcony doors locked in our suite and could definitely be accessed by other balconies (so not secure). The resort also caters to the Cruise Ship groups that come in and use the facilities for the day.

Please be aware that this property is not updated. IT is Old and it shows. Old, cracked floors, very old paint, doors are old and need paint and care, the rooms are spacious but again very old. The water pressure comes and goes and the hot water would also come and go, Could not take a warm shower cause the hot would only last a short time. The staff is very nice and makes you feel at home but again the building needs help. This is not a 4 star hotel. more like a 3 star.

location was good. needed any repairs. elevator was not working, hot tub not working, broken door in room, toaster not working. the nicest person was the towel guy. Behind the front desk needs some pointers on being polite.

I like the location. The resort needs repairs. Several issues while here. Had to call for several room repairs. They had a problem with water and elevator while here. The bathroom always smelled.

Staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Rooms are a nice size. Kitchenette is very handy to have. Hotel located on main road, it is not a quiet location but road noise is dampened with windows closed.

This resort was amazing. Wonderful and very friendly staff. Large room with a full kitchen with everything you need.Jimmy (Jaime) was amazing by the pool area. I will be returning.

I rented the Royal Villas Resort to celebrate my husband's birthday, but we ended up leaving two days earlier because we did not like the place, it was not what we expected. The Pools were dirty, the toilets did not flush properly, we could lock any doors, we did not feel safe, and the beds were very uncomfortable and small. The pic looks very nice but is false advertising. The staff was very nice and treated us very well.
