We were scammed. This was a FAKE listing. This was a horrible situation for us. We had been grocery shopping and had to throw away nearly everything because we couldn't find a similar property with a fridge nearby. It was 8pm at night, and we had been driving 10 hours. We were exhausted. Customer Service wasn't helpful. At all. The scammers were very clever though - the key box code worked, but they changed the locks, so none of the keys worked. Although Expedia refunded our money, we were still out of pocket for the groceries and double the hotel cost we had to pay finding a location at the last minute. I find it surprising that Expedia didn't vet this property better. The property manager told us that this has happened a number of times already, and he wasn't surprised to hear we were scammed. BEWARE!

El unico problema fue el internet dure 6 dias y funciono solo dos, hubo detalles minimos, una llame de las regaderas se cae pero funciona, en cuanto a lo demas todo esta super bien

Deberían checar bastante la limpieza del departamento, la ropa de cama, los baños, no solo se trata de sacar basuras, también de hacer limpieza profunda ya que es mucha la gente que utiliza el departamento

Me encanto. Volvería sin pensarlo. El departamento es el mejor ubicado en todo el condominio. La zona super tranquila y con muchas opciones de comida alrededor. La cocina esta muy equipada y las camas muy cómodas. La vista es increíble.

Lleven sus toallas! no hay toallas para la alberca, las del baño, todas y cada una de ellas estaban realmente asquerosas.. llenas de manchas y maquillaje, al igual que todas las sabanas. Los baños tienen un olor a humedad combinado con vomito y están llenas de oxido y moho las regaderas. Los tapetes de la regadera se ven que eran blancos y ahora estan negros de suciedad, lleno de manchas igual. No entiendo para que pone el host su telefono para contacto si cuando le hablas te contesta groseramente. Al principio el host fue amable pero cuando llegamos al departamento todo cambio... se supone que había un sofacama el cual no estaba cuando llegamos y querían solucionarlo con un colchón inflable😤.. cuando nos pusieron el sofacama no dejaron sabanas y tuvimos que esperar a que las traigan y llegaron tardisimo, en una bolsa de basura, todas arrugadas y quien sabe si limpias. También decía que había agua embotellada y se la tuvimos que pedir. El refrigerador huele horrible. El depto se esta cayendo a pedazos y hace un buen rato no lo arreglan. El aire acondicionado tiene una temperatura, solo "polo norte", no puedes poner la temperatura que quieres y si quitas el calor normal de mazatlan es muy fuerte! Entones o te congelas o te mueres de Calor Muy desagradable la estancia en ese departamento, esta asqueroso, el olor de todo el departamento es horrible, la tv nunca sirvio. Espero estos comentarios le ayuden a mejorar la experiencia del viajero. Saludos

No en las mejores condiciones

el departamento no está en las mejores condiciones. Tiene muchas lámparas que no funcionan. las camas son muy incómodas y con sábanas muy viejas y rotas. Es espacioso pues tiene tres recámaras con tres baños. tiene solamente una TV en la sala. los cuartos no tienen TV. cuenta con lo básico en la cocina. Hubo varias cucarachas en los cuartos. las regaderas se ven sucias y muy viejas. solamente hay agua caliente en la noche, por las mañanas no sale el agua caliente. el wifi noi sirvio el primer dia. La persona que me rentó el departamento al comunicarme con el logró darme otra constraseña para poder utilizarla al final del segundo dia. Toallas disponibles pero se ven viejas. Un cajón disponible de estacionamiento y buen servicio del personal de seguridad a la entrada.
