10/10 Excellent
Was given an immediate upgrade to the penthouse apartment on arrival along with a warm welcome by the staff. The rooms themselves were fantastic and up to date facilities with a plentiful supply of complimentary coffee, tea, minerals & bathroom products. The only (Very minor) downside was that the gas fire was not working, but all in all a fantastic stay and 4.5/5 stars
Darren
