"The property was outdated but clean. Just be careful when showering if other people are using water the water will be fine and turn scalding hot, tried to readjust but would do the same thing again. If you get up early not a problem.

"I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the floor (and unit) was. I don’t wear shoes inside anywhere and I was expecting my feet to be dirty but they weren’t. That is a huge deal to me. All utensils/cooking items/dishes/cups were in the kitchenette. The mattress was very comfortable for what it was. Overall a great price to not have to drive 2.5 hours from Denver and then hike for the day. I will definitely stay here again when planning time in the Leadville area. Right near the main road so you can walk to shops and restaurants. Overall it was veey pleasant! "

"Surprisingly very clean room. Spacious enough for me and a bike. Bathroom spotless. Great location. I had an issue with check in but i think it was a rare tech issue and the human customer service was excellent. I'll stay here again."
