Staff excellent from start to finish

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the food was absolutely delicious with a wide choice. Accommodation was very comfy and spacious. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would return to this hotel.

We spent a week in this new, tastefully designed hotel. The highlight for us was the ‘chill area’ with its architectural awnings, white curtains and comfortable loungers. The only downside, in our opinion, was Puerto del Carmen itself which is very commercialised. However there are some restaurants with nice views overlooking the port. Very peaceful setting for the hotel with several restaurants closeby. The most delicious breakfast was served with such a variety each day. Comfortable and clean room with friendly staff. There are no tea or coffee facilities and the bar wasn't open but we would highly recommend the Hotelito.

We had a rented car but you can come to stay here by bus. It provides free transport to Lanzarote airport. The breakfast was excellent with chosable eggs, and excellent cold meat selections. One of the best possible o/night or longer stays near the airport.

We had a few problems with our accommodation at the start of the holiday but these were quickly resolved. We experienced some inconvenience as a result so were a little disappointed that a bottle of wine did not appear from the management as a result? Hey ho. We were disappointed with the table layout in Terra Sana. Long rows of tables only a few feet apart is not conducive to private dining is it? Excellent facilities, great food. Visited numerous times & always love it. Recommend the Spa, best to upgrade to a suite with sea view if you can. The hotel is placed halfway between the town centre & Rubicon Marina on the walkway by the sea which gives you the option to turn left or right for a stroll or different restaurants to compliment those at the hotel & to provide additional variety.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and this time we stayed longer because we like it. This time let me concentrate on the little things The room looked nice with nice proper tumblers and ,new this visit , tea and coffee in the room, nice fittings, hot water in vast supply.. Well travelled and this is up there with the best i have ever stayed. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean and beautiful Couldn't rate it high enough. Breakfast is a typical one you would get in spain (3 star). 5 stars overall from me.

Beautiful apartments, clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need for a break away home from home. The friendliest helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. I truly did not want to come home.

Laid-back villa complex with a pool and restaurant. Best for families. Nightly shows are entertaining. Close to town and beach. What makes this place special is the people working there and the clients who visit (all ages). Loved seeing families of three generations enjoying themselves. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lifeguards are fun and love kids. Will definitely recommend and will stay again when in Lanzarote.

The apartment was brilliant with everything you need provided, the whole complex was first class which includes the staff from reception, bar staff, pool staff, cleaning staff, the food in the bar/restaurant was brilliant, the food and drink prices were very good (the happy hour made it even better) I would definitely go back there and I have already recommended it to friends
