We had a few problems with our accommodation at the start of the holiday but these were quickly resolved. We experienced some inconvenience as a result so were a little disappointed that a bottle of wine did not appear from the management as a result? Hey ho. We were disappointed with the table layout in Terra Sana. Long rows of tables only a few feet apart is not conducive to private dining is it? The food in Terra Sana at dinner time was not that good either. However, all that said, we had a...

Spotless room (duplex) Modern set up with plenty of parking , heated pool which was ideal

We only booked last minute but it was more than we expected....not far from airport, quick efficient service when we arrived. Apartment was amazing, very clean everything available, beautiful view from the room, private pool, if your looking for a luxury, laid back, quiet holiday then this is the place. Nothing is too much for the staff very helpful always smiling....we will be back

Nice hotel, lovely rooms and amazing food! Close to supermarket and shops and numerous restaurants and bars. A 3 min walk from the beach. Has a small shop on site for gifts and booking excursions. My advice would be to book a sea view room (away from the hustle and bustle of the evening and pool entertainment) and go half board to take advantage of the amazing food. Breakfast was excellent and dinner was also very good with lots of choice. Room was cleaned every day and new bedding given every...

Such a perfect holiday! Easy to find, great food, close to beach, shops, restaurants. Lovely staff. Huge luxury beds. Amazing showers! Gorgeous pool, spa and gym. Hotel entertainer Beatrix was great!

We had a great time. The sea views are amazing and the staff very friendly. We really recommend it to our family and friends. See you next time!

Had an amazing time , lovely people , lush breakfast , lovely nice big room , lovely hot shower.. great vibes , met lost of nice people here. Location for me is great close to beach and town . I have booked to come back December to surf riders . Keep up the good work beautiful team

Fantastic location for our holiday, our check in couldn’t have been better! Such lovely staff! Being winter, the heated pool was a godsend! We definitely would have preferred more signage to rooms as it is a bit of a maze. Our apartment was beautifully cleaned, bed comfy and useful kitchen equipment. Bear in mind that the door opens onto your position and the hotel is all open plan onto the road. So it was a bit weird opening your patio door open whilst others pass by your room! However it was a...

the hotel is very nice; clean, tidy and the front desk staff are extremely courteous. the rooms are spacious and well presented and the restaurant is good with a varied selection for breakfast; i did not eat there through the rest of the day so can not comment on lunch or dinner. the pool i used was clean and there was plenty of space around for loungers and there were no children around, which is good if you want to relax as i did. unfortunately the bar staff seemingly expect a tip with every...

Did B&B, good choice for Breakfast Good size Suite and Bedroom, very clean and cleaned every day. Big Balcony to sun bathe on. Good location for the Beach and just a small walk to the shops and Restaurants which did excellent Meals. Would Recommend and would stay again.

Great holiday at Dunas Club. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and efficient and location is great. A goid pkace to come and relax.

Just returned from a week at the resort. We stay half board in bungalow close to the hotel reception. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied daily. The grounds of the resort are immaculately kept and all staff that we met were friendly and helpful. Having read other reviews, I wasn't holding great expectations for the buffet hall food but we were pleasantly surprised. Plenty of choices for everyone's taste. My only criticism would...

I loved this place. Amazing location, just wow!. It is a big hotel with between 1-2,000 guests so feeding those numbers "All Inclusive" can't be an easy task. However, the food was just fabulous, and The Mandarin and The Canarian cuisine was just superb. This place exceeded my expectations and the vibe was excellent. The hotel is a little tired (built in 1972), but I loved it, the location, beach and catering were just excellent.

Lovely location right on the beach and shops and bars. Ask for a pool view or south outside as barsmaybe noisy
