Unfortunately the description Hotels.com. used was inaccurate and we would not have booked the property. There is NO - on site parking as stated. On arrival the property is located at the end of a terrace of 5 houses down an uneven path and through 2 gates. "The caravan was beautiful and very well equipped. We had a lovely view of fields with sheep in and mountains in the distance. It was in a perfect location only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The children made use of the play park and the swimming pool. It was a short drive into the centre of Barmouth. A lovely stay."

"The hotel's in a great spot, just a few steps from the beach and 3 minutes to transport and town. Room 11 is tiny as single room, but not for overweight person, since the bathroom and shower are minuscule. The room's clean and has a fridge, kettle, etc. The view from the window is absolutely amazing. The hotel really needs a full renovation. The owner tries to keep it up, but... I was really bummed there wasn't a kitchenette available fir all guests. (microwave, some burners for heating food). Staff are amazing! Overall, I'd stay again, but not for the price I paid."
