"There is NO air conditioning in the rooms and no way to open windows to ventilate. Our bathroom faucet in the bathtub would not shut off. They moved us to a different room and the batteries for the television remote were dead and when I tried to call the front desk, the room phone didn’t work. Never again!"

"L'emplacement merveilleux proche de tout. L'accueil et le personnel très sympathique Notre chambre était dans je dirais l'ancienne section. Gros contraste de température entre les 2 sections la plus ancienne très chaude. Dans notre chambre nous n'avions pas de drap contour dans le lit seulement le couvre matelat. La mention a été faite a la réception."

"Air climatisé non fonctionnel aucun personnel la nuit on a dû dormir à plus de 25 degrés dans la chambre et aucune fenêtre ne s’ouvre. Très humide désagréable et très cher. Personnel manque de professionnalisme l’hôtel est très désuet"

"The staff in the morning were excellent but when we checked in the previous night the staff at the front desk were not overly helpful - to be fair it may also have been the fact that we had a very long day of travel and weren't in an optimum state of being!"

"Chambre propres et spacieuses. Matelas trop ferme pour moi mais peut sûrement convenir à d’autres clients. Hôtel bien entretenue et excellent petit buffet déjeuner avec beaucoup de variétés."
