"Exceptional Service – Elizabeth at the Front Desk is an Asset to this Hotel! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, but Elizabeth at the front desk truly stood out and made our visit memorable. Just one day into our stay, she already remembered my name and greeted me personally. That level of attention to detail is rare and highly appreciated. The highlight of her exceptional service, however, was seeing how much she genuinely cares about the guests. The swimming pool was temporarily closed for maintenance, and a very young child was crying and completely heartbroken. I personally witnessed Elizabeth go completely above and beyond to coordinate and accelerate the pool's reopening just to make that little kid happy. If that wasn't enough, she then personally walked to the family's room to let them know the pool was ready for them. It is incredibly rare to see that level of empathy and dedication in hospitality. Elizabeth is an absolute gem, and the hotel is lucky to have her. We will definitely be back!"

"This was our second stay here. As before, the staff is awesome! I can not repeat that enough, The staff is awesome!!! I have an unreasonable child that demanded a pillow fort. Our room had 5 pillows. I went downstairs around 9:30 to ask for some extra pillows. What was brought to us was 8 pillows!! Awesome pillow fort for the kid, happy mom and dad!! Thank you so very much, we'll be back soon."
