Maunabo Trip

The staff was AMAZING. Hector, Melony, Michael, EVERYONE was amazing. They went out of their way to make our stay exquisite and make sure we were comfortable. They even helped us find some fun restaurants and have other great advice. The rooms were also amazing, in my opinion it's the perfect room for a small family. Had a large comfortable bed and 2 pull out couches. Everything was perfect. Thank you Melony, Hector, Michael and the GM, and all others who make up Hotel Puerto Valdés. A beautiful place I'll never forget

Had a great stay truly appreciate angel for the hospitality he is 5 stars ! Clean rooms the only little issue I had was there’s no TV in the room but besides that everything was great definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at The Condado Plaza Hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff is incredibly welcoming. At check-in, we experienced an issue with our room, but Daisy at the front desk and the manager, Jose, handled it promptly and made sure we were completely taken care of. The grounds are beautiful and very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
