"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA!!!! The hotel exists but states they do not have a contract with Expedia. We showed up to our pre-paid booking confirmed by Expedia and the hotel told us that our booking didn’t exist due to not having an agreement with Expedia. "They canceled our reservation literally at the last minute without any notification whatsoever; leaving us stranded at the Maun Airport. Then the manager refused to give us a refund. Both Expedia and I tried to rectify the situation for over an hour while still at the airport all to no avail. This feels like quite a scam! They took a reservation and almost $300 USD.
