"I booked my stay through hotels.com and paid the hotel in advance. However, the hotel charged me full price when I checked out. I have emailed the hotel and they say they haven't received a payment before. They told me to send a proof of payment, which I did. I sent them a detailed receipt but they said it wasn't enough. "Very convenient location . About 6 min max to walk from a train . Buffet food for breakfast was amazing. They have hot tea and cappuccino and lots of food. Supermarket right next to the train station or half way to the hotel there is a gas station . You can buy big bottles of water there any food . Lady’s make sure you have conditioner for your hair have it with you( hotel don’t provide) make sure you go see a Brugges ( it totally changed my mind about Belgium) it was recommended to me by a front seat Lady. On this trip make sure you go on a good weather day you will take a mini bout trip so take your sunglasses and a hat. Lots of restaurants and the best Choclate there And amazing stores for cloth and shoes. Try to be there no later then 11 you will spend all day there must wear snickers no heals 😊. "
