Wonderful location and parking opposite hotel entrance, baths very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good, comfy beds and nice big bathroom which is a must when travelling with children, only downside was the rooms are very light- if you have light sensitive children be prepared to be up early!

A boutique (15 room) hotel built into the mitsukoshi department store. Service is superb. Rooms are large, bright and very tastefully appointed. You get a private sauna which has the unfortunate effect of super heating your bathroom so perhaps ask for this to be switched off in advance of tour arrival if it’s summer. The restaurant, Aino, is super and the staff hugely accommodating and attentive (they opened and prepared a full buffet just for us, which is extraordinary). Breakfast is a set menu...

Excellent friendly helpful staff. Japanese breakfast excellent. We had great, spacious, room with private spring water supply and outside balcony area. Restaurants and shops nearby with tram transport.

Unique experience

Had it all to ourselves. Bunk beds were comfy and the kitchen / dining area were well kitted out. Ideal stop off for a SK cyclist.

Excellent hotel with super breakfast and onsen. Centrally located beside Okaido shopping street and close to Matsuyama Castle. 15 mins on tram to Dogo Onsen.
